Returns and orders
After approving the return (items must be in perfect condition and have tags attached), you will receive a confirmation email informing you that the amount will be credited to your account within a few days. Remember that credit card payments always depend on your bank.
Once the return is approved, you will receive the amount in the same way you made your purchase.
The deadline for any return is 15 days from the date of receipt.
Online purchases cannot be returned at physical points of sale. Upon receipt of your order, you will find instructions inside the box to process your return.
